Inspired by Miko the Pitbull, Founded in 2024
Hi, I’m Crystal! I’m Miko, Sancho, Baya, and Abby’s Mama! We live in sunny Southern California, Simi Valley specifically!
I adopted sweet Miko in November 2022, and then my other 3 between March-June of 2024. Miko is my Soul Dog. I adore all four of them with my whole heart, and together with your help, it is our mission to SAVE MORE PITBULLS!
We strive to help as many pitbulls and bully breed dogs to live lives full of joy and love in their furever homes OR on our (future) animal sanctuary property in Val Verde, CA!

Our Mindset
We’re all about letting dogs be themselves! Providing opportunities for autonomy and choice in our dogs lives' is always the goal! We use LIMA-based methods for building a loving connection with each dog, without the use of aversive tools.
We use a combination of force-free, positive reinforcement, cooperative care, and the open-minded approach to guide our dogs through life!

We are a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit organization. We are dedicated to serving the needs of pitbulls and bully breeds across Southern California!
What Your Donation Provides
You help provide everything our dogs need to thrive! Here is a general list of ongoing expenses (not limited to):
Food, Vet Care, Medications (flea/tick/heartworm, behavioral, prescription foods/supplements, etc.), Caretakers, Toys, Treats, Dog Walkers, Virtual & In-Person Training w/ Certified Trainers, Housing (such as paid foster homes, home boarding, rent for a facility, utilities, etc.), Sniffspots or other Outings, Laundry, Pee Pads, Cleaning Supplies, etc.
How We Help Our Fosters & Adopters Succeed
We offer virtual training programs with certified trainers for our fosters and adopters and we are fully committed to being a lifelong partner with pet parents so everyone thrives!
Future Goals
Our goal is to eventually have the funding to provide financial assistance to help more people KEEP their dogs, as well as creating a spay-and-neuter voucher/sponsorship program for local communities.
